This option comprises of telephone answering with diary management.
There’ll be no more missed calls, no more lost business. So it won’t matter if you’re always out and about or just too busy to get to the phone. Incoming callers will be greeted in a friendly, professional manner, in the way that you would want them to be - our trained staff and fully scripted responses will see to that! Outgoing calls can also be made and the special diary feature in our software will allow us to take bookings, make appointments, organise meetings, rearrange or cancel visits, and generally improve your staff work patterns, so that every minute of every day is well spent.
